NEWSROOM (ADV) – The Egyptian FA competitions committee released a series of punishment on several Egyptian Premier League sides including giants Zamalek and Ahly.

The first decision on the list is changing the location of Al Ahly vs Entag El-Harby game set to take place on February 12 to Petrosport stadium instead of Al Salam stadium. This is due to the closing of the stadium as it will host games during the 2019 AFCON.

Ismaily’s game against Nogoom FC will also take place on the same date but at the Military Sports Stadium.

Additionally El Gouna director of football Hossam Ghaly has been banned after being sent-off during the Entag El-Harby game.

Zamalek manager Christian Gross also received a EGP 20 000 fine after failing to attend the post-match press conference following the Nogoom FC game. The White Castle will have to pay an additional EGP 20 000 fine as their fans insulted the referee. An additional EGP 5000 fine will be payed due the coaching staff’s objection against the referee.

Finally Al Ahly received a EGP 20 000 fine because of their fans insulting the referee during the Haras El-Hodood game. An additional EGP 5000 will have to be payed due the bench’s misconduct.
