NEWSROOM (ADV) – Algeria’s A ‘football squad, made up of local players, will be opposed to its Moroccan counterpart at the CHAN-2020 African Nations Championship qualifiers in Ethiopia, according to the draw held on Wednesday at CAF headquarters in Cairo (Egypt).
The first leg will be played in Blida, while the second leg will take place in Morocco.
The other match of the North Zone will pit Tunisia against Libya. The two winners of these doubles matches will qualify for the finals of the tournament.
CAF did not communicate the dates of the meetings. The Algerian national team A ‘had failed to qualify for the previous edition of CHAN-2018 played in Morocco, being eliminated against Libya.
