NEWSROOM (ADV) – The peace agreement, which has been under way for almost two years, ends in Khartoum with the signing ceremony of this document in the presence of the President of the Republic of the Sudan Omar al-Bashir and the President of the Commission of the African Union Moussa Faki Mahamat. “I apologize to the Central African people in general and I call for forgiveness and reconciliation,” said Noureddine Adam, the No. 2 FPRC, the largest rebel movement from the Seleka, led by Michel Djotodia.
