NEWSROOM (ADV) – The Central African government and armed groups will, finally and officially, sign the peace agreement next Tuesday in Khartoum and Wednesday in Bangui, in the presence of President Faustin-Archange Touadera, local media reports.

February 4 and 5 will be devoted to the legal analysis of the agreement and the validation of the draft agreement in Khartoum.

The Khartoum talks allowed the CAR government to conclude a crisis-resolution agreement with the 14 armed groups that scour much of Central African territory, thanks to the strategic support of the Russian Federation and the Sudanese government.
