Casablanca, Morocco (ADV) – Moroccan Prime Minister Saad Eddine El Othmani met with visiting Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi on Thursday to discuss the means to boost bilateral trade.
The two officials highlighted the need to take advantage of bilateral cooperation agreements to develop trade.
The two sides also highlighted the need for an in-depth study of the cooperation areas and both agreed to assign a task force to identify the sectors that present real opportunities, for tangible progress in cooperation.
The two officials stressed the importance of holding the next session of the committee in Amman “as soon as possible” .
They also expressed readiness for a meeting of the High Joint Committee to give a new impetus to trade, and exchanged views on regional and international issues of common interests.
