Casablanca (ADV) – The Egypt Football Association (EFA) has unveiled a shortlist of four coaches to replace Hector Cuper.
Following his failure to get past the group stage of the 2018 FIFA World Cup, Cuper’s contract was not renewed by the Egypt Football Association.
The EFA has revealed the four names of the next potential coaches of the Egyptian national team. The shortlist goes as follows: Colombian Jorge Luis Pinto, Spaniard Quique Sanchez Flores, Mexican Javier Aguirre and Bosnian Vahid Halilhodzic.
The Egypt Football Association hopes to have a new coach in place for their Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Niger on 8 September.
