NEWSROOM (ADV) – “Group Crédit Agricole of Morocco” (GCAM) has been designated the “Best African Development Financing Institution” in 2018 by the Association of African Development Finance Institutions (AADFI).

This distinction, obtained for the third time in a row, embodies the banking group’s business model and its ability to support, through innovative and adapted systems, all the components of the agricultural and rural world, particularly the most vulnerable ones, “said a GCAM press release.

This success is also the result of a shared vision and collective mobilization in the framework of the Green Morocco Plan (PMV) and its various components, adding that the GCAM has accompanied the various axes of this plan by deploying specific and adapted products for each of the sectors identified under the first pillar through advocating the development of a modern agriculture with high added value and high productivity.

The GCAM has also set up dedicated structures to meet the objectives of the second pillar of the PMV with regard to solidarity support for small-scale agriculture.
